My family & I moved to the Sunshine Coast 13 years ago when I was transferred by my then employer a major Australian Bank. As a bank employee for over 25 years I assisted many customers on the financial side of buying and selling Real Estate and of course as a Bank Officer I was accustomed to the many employment transfers buying and selling several homes myself across Queensland.

I know full well the emotion and excitement that comes in to play when engaging with a client on possibly one of the biggest financial transactions they are most likely to make in their lives. I also know firsthand the importance of using an effective Agent to deliver a good outcome.

I undertook my full Real Estate Licence when I purchased my first Property Management and Letting Rights complex at a large residential resort on Kawana Island. My wife and I held this business for 5 years having sold in early 2015 after building up a successful business. During this time, I was involved in successfully completing many Residential property Sales and achieving desired outcomes for the Vendor.
